FAQs

Q: What options are offered for the size of the painting?

A: Sizes begin at 16 x 20 inches; other standard sizes are 18 x 24, 24 x 30, 24 x 36, etc. 

 

Q: Can reproductions be made in a size other than the size of the original painting?

A: Reproductions can be made in percentages smaller than the original painting.  Example: your original painting is 18 x 24; a 25% reduction would be approximately 16 x 20.  I recommend not making them in larger sizes because it causes degradation of the image.

 

Q: Do you work from photographs?

A: For local projects I work directly from nature, on site. I will consider working from a photograph provided for a remote location.
